Thank you for your interest in applying to be a vendor at the Fire Pitch Makers’ Market! All vendors wishing to participate in the market MUST read the Rules & Guidelines in full before submitting this application. It includes complete market information and requirements.

Vendor selection will be based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:

• A complete application of all required fields
• Space availability of the market
• Market product needs/assortment

Once applicants are accepted to participate in the Market as a vendor, they will be required to provide supporting documentation and a deposit fee due before attending the market.

Please provide vendor contact information for the person who will be responsible for communicating with market management during the application process. If your application is approved for participation in the market, you will be able to add additional contacts at that time.

The following information will be utilized by market management in fulfilling the product needs and assortment of the Fire Pitch Makers’ Market. If your application is accepted, you will be required to provide a detailed list of ALL products that will be sold at the market.

Each vendor will be provided with one 6’ table ($100 cost). Vendors are permitted to bring their own tents. Tents can also be rented for an additional $25. Available tents will be either 10’ x 10’ (single) or 10’ x 20’ (shared). Vendors are required to supply their own signage and any other necessary equipment.

Non-refundable market fee and all supporting documentation must be submitted prior to the event.

• Market Management reserves the right to prohibit a vendor at any time from selling any product not previously approved in the application process.
• Products at the Market must be of the highest and freshest quality.
• Products must not be labeled “organic” unless they have been certified by a USDA approved third party certifying agency, and a copy of the current certificate stating such has been provided to Market Management.
• All applicants must carry Commercial Liability Insurance ($1 million) for protection against damages in the event an injury occurs at the Market or an injury is caused by the product(s) they sell at the Market. If accepted, vendors must submit an updated copy of their COI naming the following as additional insureds:
  • Talman Football Holdings, LLC
  • Talman Football Asset Management, LLC
  • Chicago Fire Football Club, LLC
  • Chicago Fire Football Holdings, LLC
  • Mansueto Sports, LLC
• The COI must have a minimum of $1 million per occurrence and aggregate and include:     
  • Broad Form Coverage
  • Products/Completed Operations
  • Personal Injury
  • Automobile
  • Advertising Injury Coverage

 

Arrival, Departure and Selling Time:

The Fire Pitch Makers’ Market will run on Sunday, September 21 from 11:00am – 3:00pm. The market is open to the public.

• Vendors may begin setup at 9:00am. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell 15 minutes prior to Market start time.
• Late arrival may forfeit Vendor’s assigned stall and Vendor may be denied participation for that day. If you are running behind, please notify Market Management immediately by texting the Fire Pitch’s events manager.
• Vendors may NOT break down and pack up before the Market end time.
• Vendors may NOT leave before the market closes.
