    Vendor selection will be based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:

    • A complete application of all required fields
    • Space availability of the market
    • Market product needs/assortment

    Once applicants are accepted to participate in the Market as a vendor, they will be required to provide supporting documentation and a deposit fee due before attending the market.

  • Vendor Contact Information

  • Please provide vendor contact information for the person who will be responsible for communicating with market management during the application process. If your application is approved for participation in the market, you will be able to add additional contacts at that time.

  • Product & Vending Information

  • The following information will be utilized by market management in fulfilling the product needs and assortment of the Fire Pitch Makers’ Market. If your application is accepted, you will be required to provide a detailed list of ALL products that will be sold at the market.

  • Market Fees & Vending Space Size

  • Each vendor will be provided with one 6’ table ($100 cost). Vendors are permitted to bring their own tents. Tents can also be rented for an additional $25. Available tents will be either 10’ x 10’ (single) or 10’ x 20’ (shared). Vendors are required to supply their own signage and any other necessary equipment.

    Non-refundable market fee and all supporting documentation must be submitted prior to the event.

  • I have read and understand the Fire Pitch Makers’ Market Rules and Guidelines. I understand that if I am accepted to become a vendor at the Fire Pitch Makers’ Market that the market manager and the Fire Pitch reserve the right to terminate any vendor agreement, and remove a vendor from the Market at any time for failure to comply with this document or for any other reason, and agree to withdraw from the market if asked to do so.
